Valve nThe FC100-MC is a versatile, single component dispensing valve.

The FC100-MC is a versatile dispensingvalve for single component bead, bead, drop, potting, or encapsulation projects. The FC100-MC features a lightweight and compact design that makes it ideal for any automatic or manual process. Improving on the design of the traditional FC100 valve , the FC100-MC includes a micrometer adjustment that makes flow tuning easier than ever before.

The FC100-MC has many built-in features that include

300 series stainless steel fluid body for superior compatibility
Micrometer for flow rate regulation with safety nutd
Independent valve design avoids material contamination in the air section.
Reversible valve seat
Spring-assisted valve closure for reliable cycle stops
Compatible with all Luer-Lok needle designs ™
High pressure inlet for processing of high viscosity chemicals
