The ES Ultra Fine extended spray valve provides the best pattern control for spraying in a fine line. With improved edge definition for spray applications requiring high precision, extremely clean, sharp lines less than 3 mm wide can be sprayed while maintaining industry standard curtain thicknesses. The ES Ultra Fine can achieve ±1 mm definition at 99% efficiency. This significant precision functionality reduces excess varnish and allows for tight adherence to exclusion areas. It also features a micrometer flow adjustment that allows you to quickly and easily adjust your coating process. The ES Ultra Fine offers a variety of built-in features, including:

• 300 series stainless steel fluid body for superior material compatibility
• Small diameter extension for close access to components.
• Same mounting pattern as existing ES series valves
• Can replace traditional jet or needle dispensing valves used for detailing
• Divorced valve design prevents contamination of air section material
