SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Please, carefully read the following conditions of purchase prior to the use of our services and the purchase of our products:
Our items are guaranteed for the period indicated in current legislation
Returns that do not come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted, except in cases of defective merchandise.
Returns of any product that is Solder paste will not be accepted.
Claims for possible incidents such as the product being delivered deteriorated, wrong, or for any other cause Susceptible to claim, will be treated as follows:
AB Device Electronics S.L.U. undertakes to deliver another product in perfect condition and collect the defective product. In the event that the change cannot be made for the same reference of the product, the customer will be paid the entire amount advanced.
In case of return of a product (provided that it is not defective), the return transport costs are borne by the buyer, as well as all bank charges generated for any reason, the expenses generated will not be returned in any way
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must do so within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt of the product. Except if the products have been handled, unsealed, or used as indicated in section “e” of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which reads:
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

If the customer considers that his rights as a consumer are violated or not attended, he can file a claim with the Consumer Office of the Community of Madrid. To do this, and having a digital certificate, you can make the claim on the website of the aforementioned Consumer Office. If you do not have a digital certificate, you must submit your claim personally in our establishment or in any of the consumer offices enabled for it. At the same time, it is possible to resolve claims between us and users through consumer arbitration.
Shipping costs in peninsula are free for orders over € 300, VAT not included.
For Balearic and Canarias islands, please ask rates.
DELIVERY IN 24/48 HOURS:
Orders that are outside business hours (placed after 17:30h) will be processed the next day, so the customer will receive the order within 48-72 h (*).
