The FCM200 micro-dispensing valve allows greater control over product volume for precision and a perfect finish.
The FCM200 can apply liquids up to 8 mm above the substrate to create a true ‘no touch’ application. FCM200 is compatible with all PVA platforms.
The FCM200 has many built-in features including:
- Interchangeable tip and retention nozzle designs designed for different dispensing profiles
- Integrated self-cleaning nozzle
- The syringe holder comes together with an optional low level sensor.
- Optional heating of the valve for viscosity control
- Flow regulation micrometer with locking ring
- Highly repeatable results with superior pattern definition
- Silent, pulse-free operation
