The MY700 high-speed jetting platform for solder paste and a wide range of assembly fluids incorporates three highly productive machine models, each with its own unique set of capabilities.

A highly advanced motion system makes it possible to dispense fluids on the fly at 300 points per second and 3g acceleration with superior accuracy. Dot volume, size and shape are easy to adjust and optimize for each individual component and pad on the board. The MY700 is a software-driven platform and requires little or no operator intervention. The dual-rail option allows for efficient handling of boards on the line eliminating board transfer times to virtually zero. The MY700 is equipped with a state-of-the-art vision system that provides reliable on-the-fly recognition and precise laser height measurement that will ensure the quality of the dispensing result. All this in a compact package, accessible from both front and back, with a footprint of no more than five feet square.

The MY700 jetting printer and jetting dispenser are incredibly fast, accurate and allow you to produce complex boards with a speed of more than one million dots per hour. The MY700 handles flexible substrates, LED boards, cavities and package-on-package applications with ease. Its non-contact nozzle that injects with high precision makes every deposit of solder paste perfect, increasing overall throughput. Applying glue or other assembly fluids with the same machine, in the same process step, saves factory space. Encapsulation, selective coating, spot and line with epoxy, glue or other assembly fluids are impressively fast

Smarter software for outstanding automation

The MY700 is a 100% software-driven platform and allows you to prepare new jobs offline in just minutes. Simply import CAD or Gerber data, optimize it for any particularly complicated components and reduce the turnaround time to your customer to minutes instead of days. Simpler jobs can be prepared directly on the machine for on-the-fly modifications. MY700 can be easily integrated into a fully automated production line. By recording the barcode ID of each board along with the process data, you will ensure that your production history is securely stored and traceable.
