The Delta 3 System is a highly accurate and efficient alternative to traditional techniques. Utilizing PVA’s wide range of application methods, automated solutions can be easily configured for any chemical varnish.

The Delta 3 is designed as an in-line solution with a robust PVA closed-loop gantry system in three- or four-axis configurations.

Path programs are easily generated through PVA’s proprietary Windows®-based PathMaster® software and quickly memorized through an OIT touch panel. It has built-in control options at the top and bottom of process boundaries such as real-time flow monitoring or pattern width verification that can also provide the traceability you desire.

The Delta 3 has many integrated options and features including:

• Multi-head configurationwith a maximum of three valves for head with up to three valves for superior process flexibility
• Teleporting tape carries edge
• Solvent and polished cups allow automated tip maintenance for moisture and sensitive chemistries
• Point and Click programming with offline image import
