MEK’s PowerSpector AOI platform is designed for maximum defect coverage while keeping programming time short. With its proven mechanical platform, it is the only benchtop AOI that can be equipped with 9 cameras: 1 top and 8 side cameras. For added flexibility, the optical unit is configurable to accommodate your needs today, while providing upgrade possibilities in the future. The X-Y robot with spindle mechanics allows high speeds while maintaining high precision. Specially coated shafts provide quiet operation and minimal wear to reduce maintenance and calibration requirements. All PowerSpector in-linesystems are available in M, XXL and XXXL versions (350x250mm, 650x550mm and 800x550mm).
