Because they have such a minimal cost of ownership, these state-of-the-art Automated Optical Inspection machines are ideal for a wide range of inspection and testing requirements. They are often used in laboratories and other off-line locations to test samples off the production line.

PowerSpector

AOI’s benchtop MEK PowerSpector platform has been designed for maximum defect coverage while maintaining reduced programming time. With its new mechanical platform, it is the only benchtop AOI that can be equipped with 9 cameras: 1 top and 8 side cameras. For added flexibility, the optical unit is configurable to accommodate your needs today, while providing upgrade possibilities in the future. The X-Y portal with worm gear drive allows for high speeds while maintaining high accuracy. Specially coated shafts provide quiet operation and minimal wear to reduce maintenance and calibration requirements. To create a pleasant operating environment, there are different PCB loading methods, including direct loading and manual or automatic drawers, with integrated automatic board clamping, all to minimize board loading/unloading effort and save time.The PowerSpector is available in M, L, XXL and XXXL versions (350x250mm, 460×360, 650x550mm and 800x550mm).
