MEK desktop AOI’s iSpector platform is designed for maximum defect coverage while keeping programming time short. With its proven mechanical platform, it is the only desktop AOI that can be equipped with 9 cameras: 1 top and 8 side cameras. For added flexibility, the optical unit is configurable to accommodate your needs today, while providing future upgrade possibilities. The X-Y robot with spindle mechanics allows high speeds while maintaining high precision. Specially coated axes provide quiet operation and minimal wear to reduce maintenance and calibration requirements. AlliSpector benchtopsystems are available in M, XXL and XXXL versions (350x250mm, 650x550mm and 800x550mm).
