AXI XT-1300 System for automotive and complete assembly modules

Fully automatic X-ray inspection system for automotive modules and complete assembly. The system has large space for assemblies with a maximum height of 300 mm. Main application is the inspection of foils and PTH.

Features of the X-ray system

• Inspection program control system with automatic flaw detection and flaw verification capability
• High Resolution X-ray tube 130 kV (sealed) with object resolution up to 5μm High
• Resolution digital detector technology
• Programmable XY table and programmable z-axis for flexible scaling
• Flexible specimen holders up to (640 mm x 320 mm) that can be easily adapted to specific applications.
• MIPS inspection platform for off-line programming, analysis and verification. The inclusion of a library of modular test algorithms for joint inspection welding.

• Jointless soldering and testing of SMD and THT components / PTHT components; cooling boards / heat sinks; PTH and connection foils
• Encapsulated modules and complete assemblies up to 300 mm in height
