Electrolube Thermal Paste is recommended for use when efficient thermal coupling of electrical and electronic components is required or on any surface where thermal conductivity or heat dissipation is important. They should be applied to the base and mounting body of diodes, transistors, thyristors, heat sinks, silicon and semiconductor rectifiers, thermostats, resistors and radiators.
