Electrolube HTCX is an improved version of HTC that offers improved thermal conductivity, reduced oil bleed, and lower evaporation loss. HTCX is recommended when efficient and reliable thermal coupling of electrical and electronic components is required or between any surface where thermal conductivity or heat dissipation is important. They should be applied to the base and mounting body of diodes, transistors, thyristors, heat sinks, silicon and semiconductor rectifiers, thermostats, electrical resistors and radiators.
