HTCPX provides maximum thermal conductivity along with the advantage of using non-silicone base oil. The exceptional properties obtained from HTCPX are due to the new use of various metal oxide (ceramic) powders. These materials are electrically insulating to ensure that leakage currents cannot form if the paste comes into contact with other parts of the assembly.

The product does not contain silicones and therefore cannot migrate into electrical contacts with high resistance, arcing or mechanical wear. No soldering problems caused by silicones have been encountered.
