NeoRouter is the ideal solution for the mechanical separation of PCB panels. The system is suitable for large quantities, but thanks to its flexibility without product-specific adapters (except for the gripper) large mixed productions are possible at low costs. NeoRouter is SMEMA compatible. The routing bits are replaced automatically, without operator intervention. The machine ensures control of the presence of the routing bit with automatic changeover. A cleaning station can be integrated before automatic sorting, to remove dust particles on the plates. It is possible to place the separated parts in blister packs or part trays; it is also possible to connect the NeoRouter to the testing machine (or to the customer’s traceability) in order to discriminate OK and KO parts. Programming is easy and fast, thanks to the operator interface developed by OSAI for the Neo Modula platform. These features guarantee a low cost of ownership and a very fast setup, basic elements to be competitive in the market.
