VERSAFLOW4 XL is designed for PCB sizes up to 610 x 1200 mm. This selective soldering system offers a revolutionary new dimension of flexibility and application variety – with the best soldering quality, of course!

Printed circuit board formats up to 610 x 1,200 mm can be soldered efficiently and safely with the VERSAFLOW 4 XL, making it a perfect system for large, highly integrated assemblies or LED applications. With the completely new VERSAFLUX flux module and the VERSAFLEX soldering module, the VERSAFLOW 4 XL is extremely flexible and handles the most diverse soldering jobs. Depending on the application and the required performance requirements, additional preheating and welding modules can be integrated into the system. At the maximum configuration level of the VERSAFLOW 4 XL , the system can operate with 3 VERSAFLEX modules and 4 preheating modules. As an option, it is possible to integrate a preheating module in front of the flux module.

The VERSAFLOW 4 XL offers an interesting option for smaller assemblies up to a maximum length of 330 mm. Thanks to an additional stopper on each module, two PCBs can be processed separately, but at the same time. This option doubles the throughput of the system and eliminates two-way transport systems. Complex machine movements are controlled using the intuitive ERSASOFT 5 operator software. The modern, future-oriented CAD Assistant 4 is integrated into this software, which means that complex programming of soldering parameters is a thing of the past
