eFlex | STANDARD DOWNLOADERS

Our standard loaders are the best value for money solution of the different series of PCB loaders. They are used to unload the boards out of the production line by means of a piston that pushes them into the storage racks; basically designed for assemblers that use one-size racks in their processes. The racks are deposited empty on the upper exit platform, and are directly transferred to an elevator platform that will descend step by step according to a programmed selectable pitch (in order to unload each PCB one by one into the rack). As soon as the elevator reaches the lower end position, the full rack will be transferred back to the lower exit platform, so that it can be taken out of the line and stored.
