eFlex | SMT MINI CHARGER

Reference: MINI-LOADER

Our mini loaders are designed for those cases where there are space limitations. They are used to load the plates to the production line by automatically retrieving them from the storage racks, basically designed for manufacturers who use only one type of rack in their production processes. The racks are loaded on the lower platform and transferred directly to the elevating platform, which will ascend step by step according to the pitch selected on the membrane control panel (pushing out of the rack each PCB one by one towards the SMT line). As soon as the lifting platform reaches the upper end position, the empty rack will be automatically transferred back to the upper exit platform, so that it can be manually removed from the equipment and reloaded again with PCBs.

Four models are available depending on the maximum pcb width, all of them controlled and programmed by a simple membrane panel:
