Our NG unloaders are used to unload the PCB’s out of the production line by means of a piston that pushes them inside the storage racks, with the peculiarity that if a NG (non-good) board is sent to the machine from the previous machine, it will be automatically transferred to the second rail designated to separate the good boards from the bad ones.The racks are deposited empty, with the peculiarity that if an NG (non-good) signal is sent to the equipment from the previous machine, the board will be automatically transferred to the second rail designated to separate the good boards from the bad ones. The racks are deposited empty on the upper twin platforms and are directly transferred to the elevator platforms, which will descend step by step according to a programmed selectable pitch (as long as each PCB is unloaded one by one into each rack). As soon as the elevator reaches the lower end position (either the good or the bad board rail), the full rack will be transferred back to the lower exit platform, so that it can be taken out of the line and stored.
