eFlex | CONVEYORS STANDARD

Our SMEMA compliant conveyors are used for interconnecting equipment, visual inspection, manual assembly and PCB storage functions. Ranging from 1 meter to 2.5 meters in length, the front rail is fixed while the rear rail is adjusted to the desired width by a hand crank. The speed of the conveyor is adjusted with a potentiometer in a variable range between 0.5 – 20 m/min. When the conveyor is at rest, the plates can be removed from the conveyor and inspected on the work table adjacent to the front rail, which is covered by a green ESD surface. Manufactured in an aluminum and steel finish, our conveyors offer a professional appearance. These conveyors also come with the number of segments required by the customer (usually between 1 and 3 segments). We even have a special version of these series for chaining with Mydata pick & place machines (ask for details).
