Our SMEMA compliant PCB transport equipment is used for interconnecting equipment, visual inspection, manual assembly and PCB storage functions. The front rail is fixed while the rear rail is adjusted to the desired width by a crank handle to accommodate boards ranging from 50 mm to 460 mm wide. They all use a flat conveyor belt and have lengths in the range of 500 mm to 2000 mm. The conveyor speed is adjusted with a potentiometer in a variable range from 0.5 – 20 m/min. Each unit comes with an auto/manual selector and a side button that allows the operator to deactivate the conveyor in order to inspect the plates on the front work table. Manufactured in an aluminum and steel finish, our conveyors offer a professional appearance.
