Our SMEMA compliant conveyors are used to interconnect equipment, for visual inspection, manual assembly and PCB storage functions. Their advantage is their short length, which allows them to be placed anywhere when there are space limitations in the SMT line. Only half a meter long, the front rail is fixed while the rear rail is adjusted to the desired width by means of a crank. The speed of the conveyor is adjusted with a potentiometer in a variable range between 0.5 – 20 m/min. When the conveyor is at rest, the plates can be removed from the conveyor and inspected on the work table adjacent to the front rail, which is covered by a green ESD surface. Manufactured in an aluminum and steel finish, our conveyors offer a professional look. Also available upon request, we have higher quality versions with aluminum finishes for better aesthetics.
