4085 is the most powerful and compact automatic Flying Pro on the market. Its superior throughput – more than 800,000 PCB’s tested in one year – makes it suitable for high volume production testing. The high positioning accuracy of its tips and repeatability, respectively equal to 10μm and 5μm, allow testing high-density electronic boards, with micro-pads of less than 50 μm and SMD 01005 components. As well as those that characterize the latest generation electronic products: smartphones, tablets, laptops and embedded PCs, routers, portable devices, flexible circuits, LED strips, sensors, home automation. In addition, the system is designed to be able to make contact even on miniaturized components, such as SMD 008004. The 4085’s eight axes (4 top + 4 bottom) allow you to install a total of up to 24 mobile test fixtures, within a range of more than 50 possible: in addition to the electrical probes, used to perform all electrical tests, a variety of test fixtures are available to extend the 4085’s test capabilities.
