Up to 180 touches/sec

Motores lineales de alta velocidad con codificadores ópticos lineales en eje XYZ provean una aceleración y velocidad muy altas, junto con una repetitividad y precisión posicionales en desplazamiento ilimitado.

Min. Pad size: 50 μm

The highest positioning accuracy is guaranteed by sub-micron resolution linear optical linear encoders in each XYZ axis, making the 4080 suitable for touching 50 μm pads at high speed and without leaving marks on them, as no other flying probe system can do.

Despite the speed, the 4080 probes will touch the board softly. A programmable probing force makes the probes capable of contacting components at near-zero energy: even the most delicate electronics (extra-fine pitch pads, adhesive plates, flexible circuits) can be tested without risk of damage.

Complete test coverage

Complete test coverage is provided by a full range of test capabilities built into the 4080, and by the highest measurement accuracy available offered by “Flying Tester Technology”: a complete force/measurement plate integrated into each axis.

Natural Granite chassis

A natural granite chassis, combined with state-of-the-art linear motion technologies, offers low vibration and thermal stability, ensuring unprecedented probing accuracy at ultra-fast test speed.

Compared to conventional iron or steel, natural granite offers the best damping and thermal stability characteristics to minimize vibrations and a deformation effect that would affect accuracy and reliability over time.

Compact footprint: 2,2 m2 (23,14 pies2)

The footprint of the 4080 is very compact: only 2.2 m2, including on-line plate transport.

Suitable for replacing spike bed systems

The footprint of the 4080 is very compact: only 2.2 m2, including on-line plate transport.

Best measurement accuracy

  • Increased performance & measurement accuracy (0,1 pF)
  • Signal integrity
  • No degradation of measurement or interference
  • Immediate signal acquisition (within hundreds of microseconds)

Up to 28 top & bottom moving tools

The 4080’s eight axes (4 top + 4 bottom) allow you to install a total of up to 28 mobile test fixtures, within a range of more than 50 possible: in addition to the electrical probes, used to perform all electrical tests, a variety of test fixtures are available to extend the 4080’s test capabilities.0.
