VisiConsult, as a specialist in X-ray and automation systems, has developed the XRHCount, in order to speed up the time of machine assembly processes.

The XRHCoun tmachine is designed for the calculation of SMD electronic components wound on spools, using X-rays. The count results are transferred directly to MES or ERP systems.

The diameter of the reels can be up to 40 cm, while the thickness of the reels can be up to 10 cm.

One of the great advantages of the XRH Count is the simplicity of operation. The operator simply places a reel in the drawer and presses a button. The result will be displayed immediately. The count results are verified by an intelligent validation algorithm that ensures correct count results. In case of suspicious results a warning signal is displayed.
