Pump gear designs feature continuous material flow with no reloading required. PVA pumps are specifically designed to process a wide range of adhesives and sealants.
The closed-loop servo-controlled motors allow the operator to program mix ratio, injection size, flow rate, pressure control, vacuum degassing, recirculation and automatic purge functions through a menu-driven operator panel. PVA pump drainage systems have several integrated features, including

PVA manufactures single and multi-component metering systems tailored to each specific need. Stand-alone metering systems not integrated into a PVA robotic platform come with a separate controller that allows multiple dosing profiles to be stored. Within each profile, automatic purge modes and variable flow rates are available. PVA’s closed-loop, servo-driven mixing systems ensure greater repeatability and accuracy in the volume of material dispensed. All offline mixing systems include the cabinet and are mounted on a custom chassis or cart with wheels.
