The closed-loop servo-controlled motors allow the operator to program the mixing ratio, injection size, flow rate, pressure control, vacuum degassing, recirculation and automatic purge functions through a menu-driven operator panel. The PVA displacement rod has many integrated features including:
PVA manufactures single and multi-component metering systems tailored to each specific need. Stand-alone Bi-component material dispensing systems not integrated into a robotic platform, come with a separate controller that allows multiple dispensing profiles to be stored. Within each profile, automatic purge modes and variable flow rates are available. Servo-driven closed-loop PVA mixing systems ensure greater repeatability and accuracy in the volume of PVA dispensed material. All offline mixing systems include the cabinet and are mounted on a custom chassis or cart with wheels. |
