Multiplication of Motion

Thanks to the use of 2 mounting heads (High Speed and/or High Flexibility), Hitachi is able to reach a speed of 70,000cph in the minimum space.

Each head is capable of reaching any position in the work area. Providing multiple conveyor configuration, especially with double conveyor.

The 2 heads can access the same bank of feeders at the same time which eliminates stoppages of one head waiting for the other to finish mounting. This is the basis of motion multiplication.

Twin Linear Motion
