Autotronik SP1200’s accurate, reliable and easy-to-use screen printing is ideal for the production of long LED circuit boards.

High Accuracy & Repeatability

The X, Y and Theta adjustment screws are equipped with a self-locking function to ensure fast pressure alignment and high repeatability. Screen printing is optionally available with camera support, which makes it even easier to align the print. The highly functional design allows printing fine pitch printed circuit boards with a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm.

Large Print Area

The large print area allows printing up to a size of 1200 x 400 mm.

Ideal for double-sided PCB’s

The board is supported by a universal frame holder, which does not require any additional tools to print double-sided boards.

Supported Frame Types

Allows the use of the most common frame systems from 350 x 350 mm up to 1480 x 500 mm.
