Automatic testing of large and complex PCBs

3030X is designed for high volume production testing of power electronic boards, including power inverters, power supplies, power controllers.

The system can automatically perform conveyor handling of large and heavy boards (10 kg and even more), then execute accurate testing of electronic parts (digital, analog, power, high voltage test, supercapacitor test, polarity test, relay test) and mechanical parts such as magnets, LEDs and displays.

In addition, additional operations such as optical inspection, flicker, RTC calibration can be performed on the same equipment used for electronic testing.
