Grand Opening: New European Headquarters PVA

– September 2015 – Global manufacturer and supplier of Selective Varnishing and Dispensing Systems, PVA (Valve & Automation, Inc. Precision), hosted its new European Headquarters opening event from September 14 to September 17 in Helmond, The Netherlands.

The New Headquarters served as the venue for the grand opening event.  On Monday evening, September 14, the European distributors were welcomed with a cocktail reception hosted by the company’s president, Tony Hynes. Adolfo Barbé, as president and founder of AB Electronic Devices said:, “The grand opening was a great success. PVA’s initiative to open these new offices in the Netherlands will help to serve our customers and their distributors more easily throughout Europe, thus helping PVA to grow as a whole. Our customers, now more than ever, will rely on PVA, as they will have a quick response to any mishap and will be able to receive spare parts in record time.” said Adolfo again.

The new facility has many meeting rooms, offices for employees, training rooms, a large warehouse for the storage of spare parts, as well as a Demo Room and Application Center where we will be able to conduct trials and tests for our customers. In addition, we will be able to bring our customers from Spain and Portugal to this “home of PVA” and interact with all PVA products. The General Manager Europe, Pieter van der Vorst, did an excellent job of coordinating the renovation of the facility and planning the opening event. The location of the facility will allow our service technicians to reach our customers in a quick and timely manner.”

Visitors traveled from all over Europe to attend the event. PVA employees gave technical presentations on key products and how the company plans to move forward. Customers were offered training sessions as well as one-on-one meetings with PVA employees on their products and applications. Special partners Dymax, HumiSeal, Peters and Plasmatreat attended the event on Wednesday and each gave their own technical presentation.
