SEP1

The SEP1 is a manual machine to separate PCBs quickly and economically.

Circular blades made of special steel ensure a long service life.

The maximum stripping length is 380mm.

The gap between the circular blades can be adjusted by means of a rotary knob.

Tests have revealed that the larger the gap between the circular blades, the less stress is produced during the cutting process,

the lower the stress produced during the separation process.

The PCB is gripped with both hands and manually fed between the circular blades to achieve the cut.

On both the SEP1 and SEP1M units, the gap between the upper guide and the lower guide is adjustable to ensure that the PCB is fed between the circular blades.
