The CAVN model adds gas functionality and is ready to operate right out of the box. The CAVN reduces staffing requirements and provides greater facility flexibility because it is easy to position and fits anywhere.

With a simple press of the foot pedal, the CAVN empties oxygen and moisture with nitrogen, the automated stainless steel nozzle retracts and components are sealed in seconds. Clean Room compatible, the CAVN is also ideal for packaging applications in dry trays, tape and reel, tubes and a variety of SMD shipping containers. The CAVN features incredible speed, safety features and durability, and operator or machine-caused misseals are virtually eliminated. Providing functionality and convenience, the CAVN’s gas function can be instantly switched off with a single touch.
