MY300SX- THE FUTURE OF FLEXIBILITY: With a maximum of 24,000 CPH, the MY300 SX gives you the flexibility you need to meet tomorrow’s challenges. Ideal for high-mix production, it handles up to 192 feeders and an infinite variety of components. Advanced mounting heads, state-of-the-art vision systems and a wide selection of board sizes ensure that the line is able to accommodate a range of board sizes, shapes and technologies. Based on the same technology platform as the MY300 DX, the MY300 SX features a single assembly head that picks up components from both sides of the machine. This provides incredible flexibility while maintaining the ability to make on-the-fly setups and seamless changeovers from one production run to the next. High-precision linear drive and distributed servo technology provide the ability to increase throughput, while precision calibration maintains the high level of quality you would expect from a Mycronic machine.

Switch effortlessly from full volume to batch size one. And handle a wider range of components with uncompromising production quality, total stock accuracy and complete traceability down to the individual PCB serial number. MY300 offers new levels of accuracy and flexibility in a faster, smaller and smarter format. MY300 makes it possible to handle up to 224 feed positions in a 40% smaller machine footprint than previous models OR, if needed, take advantage of the smaller MY300 footprint by incorporating additional process steps into your line. With 18 nozzles per machine, you can mount a wide variety of component types, resulting in excellent throughput
