ERSA POWERFLOW WAVE SOLDERING MACHINE

Ersa’s latest generation PowerFlow machine specially designed for the new requirements of lead-free soldering. Robust and durable design to meet the highest requirements of high production without any loss in soldering quality.

The basic machine includes the revolutionary new flux spray system which, thanks to its interchangeable nozzles and flux delivery system, allows considerable savings in flux quantities up to a possible 50%.

Its preheating system is specially combined to meet the requirements of lead-free soldering, including in the basic machine an optimal combination of IR and convection.

Finally, the crucibles have been redesigned for dross- and oxide-free soldering, thanks to the revolutionary tin flux system.

Of course, all this technology has been properly designed and combined with a philosophy of low maintenance and quick diagnosis to save a good amount of repair and maintenance time.
