Interflux® IF 14 series are no-clean, rosin-free and absolutely halogen-free solder wires, the residue is easy to remove on lead-free and SnPb(Ag) alloys.

Removal of the residue by brush and by hand
according to EN and IPC standards is RE L0
Lead-free: IF 14-16 and IF 14-22 (flux content, 1.6% and 2.2%)
SnPb(Ag): flux content: 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.0% and 1.4%
