  • At the heart of the POWERFLOW ULTRA is the new soldering module, featuring unique process control and exceptional flexibility.
  • Its innovative drive system allows for transport speeds of up to 5 mm/s. The distance between the solder nozzle and the PCB is defined via the ERSASOFT 5 software, enabling precise soldering of assemblies at a defined distance. Both the nozzle distance and solder wave height can be adjusted as needed within a single assembly.
  • To achieve this, the PCB is divided into software-controlled sectors, each stored with individual parameters. This allows each sector to be soldered with different settings, enabling highly flexible processes.
  • Additionally, the contact time between the solder wave and the assembly can be stored in the soldering program, offering maximum process control by moving the assembly in and out of the solder wave. Combined with nozzle distance control, this results in optimal solder flow and perfect solder joints—especially in assemblies with a high density of digital components and power electronics.
