 MY-Series ‘Classic’ machines are an very flexible range of solutions able to meet different requirements, but are particularly well suited to high-mix production.
They combine feeder capacity and speed with the ability to place any component – fine-pitch, BGAs, QFPs, chip scale BGAs, CSPs, flip chips, and 0201s. The modular design allows complete flexibility in machine configuration. Choose between manual or in-line board handling capability, fine pitch or high speed mountheads, standard dual vision or high-speed Linescan vision cameras etc.
If your production requirements change you can add functionality, speed or capacity simply by adding new hardware or upgrading your software. The split-axis design and rigid construction ensure that machines remain reliable and accurate far into the future.
Machines vary in size to match your feeder capacity requirements:
MY9 (96 feeder positions), MY12 (144 feeder positions), MY15 (192 feeder positions),MY19 (256 feeder positions)
